A national parcel database containing assessment, ownership and sales data on over 110 million properties serves as the foundation for the company’s real estate reporting, home price indices, neighborhood & sales analytics, and proprietary Automated Valuation Models (AVMs). Real Info provides its users with the ability to order data subscriptions for access to a particular county, multiple counties or entire states using both subscription-based and a la carte pricing models. To complement its data offerings, Real Info has also developed a suite of proprietary Automated Valuation Models (AVMs): i-Val™, realAssessment™, and Q-Val™. Each uses rules-based, expert system models to arrive at predicted market values for residential properties. Meet James Kirchmeyer, Founder & CEO

James Kirchmeyer began his career in the Real Estate Valuation Industry in 1983 as a New York State Certified Appraiser, earning the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation from the Appraisal Institute, and establishing his own appraisal company in 1994.

As a complement to his appraisal company, Mr. Kirchmeyer founded Real Info, Inc. in 1995. Real Info provides access to one of the most comprehensive databases of real property, for both residential and commercial properties. The company also offers the various Automated Valuation Solutions (AVMs) James has developed.

Author of "AVMs 101: A Guide to Automated Valuation Models" and "AVMs 201: A Practical Guide to the Implementation of Automated Valuation Models", Mr. Kirchmeyer is the leading authority on Real Estate Valuations, tools and technologies. As a pioneer in the appraisal industry, James was the first to create an online automated status system, and an early adopter of technology to improve services.
